Cancer oh cancer...

Salam to all.
Read the article about cancer via http://aisyahussein-me.blogspot.com, mmg kita kena jaga semua apa yg kita makan, pakai. Kita selalu sgt dengar 'kita adalah apa yg kita mkn'. tak kurang juga 'kita adalah apa yang kita pakai'. Diringkaskan cerita cancer adalah 1 penyakit yg rata2 kata tiada ubat penyakit ini tapi kita bole MENCEGAH. Kata omputih prevention is better than cure.

Firman Allah SWT dalam surah al Baqarah ayat 168 yang bermaksud: "Hai sekalian manusia, makanlah yang halal lagi baik dari apa yang terdapat di bumi, dan janganlah kamu mengikuti jejak langkah syaitan kerana sesungguhnya syaitan itu adalah musuh yang nyata bagimu".


Adakah air yg kita minum skang ini selamat, terjamin kebersihannya dan jauh dari unsur2 pencemar?

Try these novel strategies and your risk could dwindle even more.

1. Filter Your Tap Water
You'll reduce your exposure to known or suspected carcinogens and hormone-disrupting chemicals. A new report from the President's Cancer Panel on how to reduce exposure to carcinogens suggests that home-filtered tap water is a safer bet than bottled water, whose quality often is not higher—and in some cases is worse—than that of municipal sources, according to a study by the Environmental Working Group. (Consumer Reports' top picks for faucet-mounted filters: Culligan, Pur Vertical, and the Brita OPFF-100.) Store water in stainless steel or glass to avoid chemical contaminants such as BPA that can leach from plastic bottles.



Nowdays susah nak dapatkan makanan yang betul2 jauh dari racun kimia, antibiotik sbb zaman serba moden ini menuntut utk kita maju dlm teknologi. Nak tunding jari kat sapa?
Mahu tidak mahu, kita perlu ambil perhatian wpun mkn dirumah.


Sbb tu sekarang ni kita tgk, byk penyakit luar biasa dari dulu. Org yg duduk di kg, mkn sayur tanam sendiri, pucuk ubi la, nenas la, ubi kayu la...semua tanam sendiri. 



Adakah makanan anda selamat?
Makanan yg kita makan tidak sebaik yg kita lihat. Makanan kini terlalu byk pembunuh senyap seperti racun serangga larut air dan larut lemak dlm buah-buahan dan sayur-sayuran; antibiotik dan bakteria dlm daging,ayam,itik dan makanan laut.


2. Eat Clean Foods
The President's Cancer Panel recommends buying meat free of antibiotics and added hormones, which are suspected of causing endocrine problems, including cancer. The report also advises that you purchase produce grown without pesticides or wash conventionally grown food thoroughly to remove residues. (The foods with the most pesticides: celery, peaches, strawberries, apples, and blueberries.) "At least 40 known carcinogens are found in pesticides and we should absolutely try to reduce exposure," Sellers says.



Jadi apa yg boleh kita buat? Tak makan? oh no no no..mana boleh tak makan. Perut nak kena isi jugak. Jalan yg lebih selamat adalah pakai filter air dan filter untuk makanan. Badan manusia juga ada filternya. Tp dah brapa lama bdn kita ni? Hati kita pun bole rosak sbb terlalu byk kimia yg perlu difilter. Kesian 'hati'.
